We offer mobile services in Charlotte County*, and North Port. Service is available for Englewood, Venice, Rotonda West for an additional travel fee. We are certified by the National Notary Association to conduct Financial document signings. And, we carry $100,000 of errors and omissions insurance.
There are thousands of notaries in the State of Florida. However, many banks no longer offer in-lobby notary services. If you travel to a UPS store, they may not be able to notarize Financial documents. This is because in order to be certified to conduct these kinds of signings, a notary needs to pass NNA courses. And, carry additional E&O insurance.
We provide other Mobile Notary services such as the opening and verifying contents of safety deposit boxes, and verification of vehicle identification numbers. We are also authorized under Florida Law to officiate weddings.
